One address reaches a person. Below it are the answers to the things that go wrong most, so you can skip the wait if one of them fits.
support@7thpillar.com — the same address for a bug, a question, a refund or a complaint. We answer within two working days.
Four things make an answer much faster, and none of them is a log file:
This is the one that catches most people, and it is almost always the same cause.
Look for a sender called FitSum, not Fitineary. The code arrives from FitSum <sarathmohan@7thpillar.com>. We renamed the app and that sender still carries the old name, so a search for “Fitineary” finds nothing and the message is usually sitting in spam or promotions.
Still nothing after a few minutes? Write to us and say which address you used.
Profile → Settings → Export my data. It builds a file of everything you have logged and hands it to your phone's share sheet, so you can mail it to yourself or drop it in a file app. Do this before deleting anything.
Profile → Settings → Delete account, or, if you no longer have the app, use the form on the delete account page. It is immediate and there is no undo.
You do not need to delete the account. Open the Coach tab, use the menu in the top right, and choose Disconnect. Their access ends immediately, everything you logged stays yours, and the routines they wrote stay in your library.
Everything is off until you turn it on, in Profile → Settings: Meal reminders, Weekly summary, and — if you work with a coach — Coach activity and Client messages.
If a switch is on and nothing arrives, the permission is usually off at the operating system level. Check your phone's own Settings under Notifications, find Fitineary, and allow them there. We only ask once; after that, only your phone can say yes.
Fitineary reads steps, active calories, workouts, sleep and weight from Apple Health on an iPhone or Health Connect on Android, and writes back the water you log, a weight you typed yourself, and each day’s food energy and macros. It does not read heart rate.
To connect, open Profile → Settings → Connected apps, or tap the card on Today. To change what is shared, use your phone’s own settings: Health on iPhone, Health Connect on Android. The Connected apps screen has a shortcut.
Watches from Hammer (CO FIT), Noise, boAt and Fire-Boltt keep their data in their own apps and do not reach Health Connect, so on Android those watches give Fitineary only the steps an app on the phone records to Health Connect, if one does. Google Fit is not supported: Google is retiring its API and Health Connect replaces it. Android workouts show time and calories but no distance. There is no barcode scanning yet.
Tell us the screen and what it said. If a number looks impossible, send the date it is on — the diary keeps every entry on the day it happened, so we can look at the same day you are looking at.
Fitineary is not a medical device. It records what you tell it and does the arithmetic. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or a dietitian. If something you are seeing worries you, talk to a professional — we cannot advise on health, only on the app.
